A Flexitank bag is exactly what the name suggests.

A flexible bag that fits in a tank, its capacity ranges from 14,000 litres to 24,000 litres. We also provide installation guidance and training if required. A Flexitank bag has multi layers, each layer is food-grade PE film that is thick and translucent.

The outer layer is PP fabric that is durable and high tensile strength. We also offer Flexitank accessories such as steel bars, cardboard bulkhead and corrugated paper roll. Our Flexitank also has additional safety features that are optional – heating pad for easy crystallized liquids and air release valve for easy fermented liquids.

Here at G+L, we also have butterfly valves and ball valves that is either 3 or 2 inches. Our valves are food graded and created by advance heat-sealing technology. It is pressure and temperature tested to assure quality.

There are three types of Flexitanks:

• Top loading and discharging
• Bottom loading and discharging
• Top loading and bottom discharging
